Support

Supporting you so that you get the best results from your VoIP services is very important to us. If you bought your account via one of our affiliates you should start with their support services first.

All affiliates have commited to providing you with quality local support to ensure your services are operating effectively.

If you require configuration support please send an email to support@intertel.com.au we have some configuration information for common equipment already prepared as help documents. Keep in mind direct support for your equipment is the responsibility of your IT support company. We will research and support common configuration questions, of course service problems. All direct equipment configuration services is chargeable.

If you have a service outage or are unable to make calls after your service has been provisioned and tested then please call our support directly on 0753297050 make sure you leave a message with your name, VoIP Number, and alternative contact so that a support representive can call you back. Support representatives recieve your phone messages immediately by email.
